Tzivia Kay was born in the Former Soviet Union, Uzbekistan, in the city of Tashkent in 1983, and was raised in a Secular Russian speaking Jewish home. 

Today, Tzivia Kay is a bilingual Poet, Singer, Songwriter, Actress, Inspirational Speaker, Parodist, Artist, Producer and a Performer for Women and Girls Only. Tzivia writes inspirational songs to bring herself, her family and others closer to God.
