Prolific and internationally regarded author, speaker, accomplished composer, playwright, artist and world-renowned spiritual teacher Swami Kriyananda is our special guest. Kriyananda is the last still-teaching direct disciple of Paramhansa Yoganandaauthor of Autobiography of a Yogi, and the man who brought yoga, meditation and the wisdom of the East to the Western world. For more than 60 years, Kriyananda has continued to teach the wisdom of Yogananda, and passes along this knowledge of the ancients that has enabled him to live an enduring life of peacefulness and bliss. I want to share the blessings of this wisdom with people who yearn to find true peace within themselves, says Kriyananda. This will free them to live a life of unbounded joy and open the door to unlimited success. Bliss is within reach and I am honored to be able to convey the practical means to attain it. It is time for use to wake up and Live our Dreams.

"Live Your Dreams" is this month's theme. In this episode, Delores Lyons tells us how she is living her dream as she makes other people's dreams come true. Delores created the nonprofit grassroots organization, Nonkululeko "Gift of Freedom" Project, Inc. Her organization builds upon the hidden strengths of the indigenous people of South Africa to develop and sustain viable communities. Through teaching, training and providing support needed, she and her organization transform lives. Delores will also talk about her work with the grassroots activist group RESULTS, whose mission is to create the public and political will to end poverty by empowering individuals to exercise their personal and political power for change. It's time that we wake up and know the power we have to create change so that we all can live our dreams.
