If a new bill passes successfully through Federal Parliament, meal delivery and rideshare operators are set to receive better worker protections. However, Uber isn't happy, saying it could increase prices by up to 85%.
Of course, Uber isn't alone here, but acts as a catch-all term for similar services such as Didi, Menulog and others.
