Thirty-third Episode released on 01/20/2020. I recorded this episode after I just felt fed up seeing the ugliness that is SUICIDE. I also wanted to just spill some of what I see most in my line of work. Truthfully, it's been really difficult to watch others end their life and not really knowing the real why's. I go and basically rule out homocides, help notify family, and clean up the mess. I think the best way for me to help in my position is to just spread awareness. Hopefully in this episode you feel what I'm getting at. Issues in our society are all across the board, but hopefully MENTAL HEALTH has become more on your radar as of late. It's a serious issue, and I feel like we've made progress on the awareness side of it. Anyways, hope y'all enjoy this episode whenever you consume it. It is a longer one. I know this isn't exactly related to you personally growing, but I think becoming more aware of all this topics will help you grow yourself. Thirty-second Episode released on 01/17/2020. Welcome back, hope you guys are moving through this first month of the year at a pace that is going to set you up for success. Personally, been dealing with a lot of things that are difficult processes and stunt growth. That is part of life, and I know when I need to be there for people and understand so it's nothing to me to put delays on things. When you truly care about someone and they need you, you can set aside time for them no matter how lofty your own goals are. You can get back to them. Anyways, this episode reflects that time period and whats been happening in some ways. Thirty-first Episode released on 01/07/2020.  Welcome to SEASON 2 of the Ubiquitous Growth Podcast. I decided since it was a new year, to make it a new season. However, I decided to keep the episode numbers counting upwards, so I can see how many I've done as I go. In this episode, I do say this is episode one for season two but I decided to just keep on counting, so it's actually 31! Welcome to 2020 and the new decade y'all! I hope your goals are sky high and you have the right mindset heading into this year. I want to continuously praise and thank you guys for all the support thus far, it means so much to me. Thirtieth Episode released on 12/31/2019.  I am so thankful for the beginning of this podcast journey in 2019. Twenty-eighth Episode released on 12/21/2019.  Up late full of ambition and my mind is thinking about 2020 already even before Christmas even gets here. I wanted to record an episode for you guys that was inspired on a drive home from my Grandmas house after me and friends got together to build gingerbread houses for the holidays. Twenty-sixth Episode released on 12/10/2019. SECOND GUEST EPISODE featuring one of my brothers for life, Omar Reynaga, whom I had the opportunity to come across when I moved to Molalla, Oregon in 2009 and began attending Molalla High School. From the first time I met Omar, I could tell he was an intelligent person with an incredible work ethic. I remember playing high school basketball with the guy and when we'd all be tired getting off practice ready to go home, this guy would be going to his job at Safeway to bag groceries. Omar would never complain, just do what he needed to do. Over the years, he's become a true confidant in my life. We've had numerous discussions throughout the years and I know this guy is going to always put the people HE LOVES FIRST in his live. This sit down was pretty fun to do, but definitely an organic conversation with very little editing. This pod comes out to be about 40+ minutes. I hope you guys take somethings away from our conversation. Omar is an incredible human being and is filled with a personality like no other I've come across. Nothing but babies and memories brother! Twenty-fourth Episode released on 11/18/2019.  First off, I want to apologize about my voice on this episode, I got sick and then went down to the Oregon Ducks Football game and yelled my a** off, so yeah my voice is completely gone. Second, I had a great time at the Oregon game and saw a ton of old faces. It was humbling to run into people and they knew about my podcast, I felt the love.
