Working across educational, organizational, and community spaces, Anna supports individuals and groups through 1:1 coaching, workshops, trainings, lectures, and keynotes.

Anna is passionate about helping others understand their time habits (how they think about, value, and spend time) in order to increase their sense of purpose, productivity, and fulfillment in their lives, work, and relationships.

Alongside her private practice, Anna also lectures on the MA in Positive and Coaching Psychology and MA in Work and Organizational Psychology in University College Cork.
