It is time to break down my thoughts on Coach Frost and his team that has been put together. I talk about some of the coaching hires and also break down all 3 phases of the team, offense, defense, and special teams. I share which position groups I feel will be key to this year's success and which side of the ball will impact the most for us to compete. Finally, I looked back at Coach Frost's last stint here to see what stood out the most that could be a spark to surprising teams this year.

We were told to hop on the "Gus Bus" and he dropped the "Boom" for anything exciting that happened. This was Terry's first hire and it was a memorable one for a lot of the wrong reasons. As we look back on the end of UCF's time in the American (AAC) and the move to the Big XII, I take a look back at the seasons, players, and failures of the Malzahn experience. This finishes off our look back on the past 21 seasons of how we got to where we are today and looking forward to the "Frost" warning that is getting ready to repeat.

With fall camp set to begin, I give my take on the 3 quarterbacks looking to take the reins for UCF in 2025. Taking a look at the numbers, I discuss the strengths and weaknesses along with who I think will be the starter on August 28th. After Coach Frost departs to Nebraska, the UCF Knights bring in Josh Heupel from Mizzou where his offense ranked 1st in the SEC and 10th in the nation. We look back at another undefeated run, College Game Day visit, a key injury, and another BCS bowl bid. How did Josh do in his 3 years at the helm? We talk about it and once again end with the loss of not only a coach, but also our AD.

With an uptempo offense and an active defense, Coach Frost had one of the most iconic college football turn-a-rounds in history. Unfortunately we lost Coach Frost to Nebraska, but no Knight will forget that final season of Frost 1.0.
