Universe Drifters 047 - Featuring Drivr, questioning what if emotions are visible as something tangible. How long would it take for us to hold on the large amount of visible resentment, anger, frustration and sadness if it actually takes up real space in our reality? Would you hold on to it for 20 years or 20 minutes as physically see it growing in front of you? Emotions are temporary from our moment in an experience. Yes it feels good to hold on to those good moments, yes it is amazing to appreciate the beauty. The thing is that when we use this same habit of looking back on negative experiences our world turns, just as much as we created joy we created the opposite and it is as easy as letting it go yet there is a large part of my life where I held on to the not so good moments way longer than needed.
