I am the idea of a time machine, my body is able to manipulate time through my movement, my energy supports in allowing me to be in a place of time. I could either choose to stay stuck in the past or let go of everything I think I know to step into the unknown.

Universe Drifters 062 - Featuring @drivr33 expanding in relieving stress. Just like medicine might have some side effects and some tools are used for different things some harm and some support. The mind is the same, it creates marvelous things and it’s byproduct is stress, overwhelming, and other emotions that we consider negative. Being aware that your mind is a tool is the first step in understanding that certain emotions and even the mind wandering into dark places is a byproduct of it, this knowledge creates the ability to let go of the attachment and idea of things that happen and that happen to and for us.
