Day 2 of 10 Day Mini Business Series. Don’t allow desperation to sink your business. If you don’t start off or reset how you approach your business because you are so focused on your personal need, bread and butter approach to business- you’ll always remain small. There’s a season where you May not have the basics - but don’t allow your need to drive you to desperation. It takes discipline to design a business that serves and sustains your highest vision as an entrepreneur. Deliberate Design, not Desperation is key. 

You do have a choice. Always remember that.

Do you have Megaphobia? Megaphobia is the fear of thinking big. Too many businesses suffer from this phobia. Small thinking is easier. It’s safe. It’s comforting and familiar. It pays the business bills. Puts food on the table. Pays school fees, you can maybe even buy some property and do enough to be seen as making it. 

Small thinking businesses leave you ‘making some change or even good-ish money’ but you and your business are invisible and not going to ever make any big mark. You may even be visible but there’s a void in your soul deep down. You know there’s more. There’s another level. Another pathway!

Your business may be small, and unrecognised now or, your current role may be the least important in your organisation, and you may be a work in progress, but don’t let your current stage or season make you small-minded.

Here’s what you should do and what all successful people do- 

THINK and ACT LIKE WHERE YOU ARE HEADED. Don’t judge yourself by where you are - but by the vision and the image you carry within your heart.

Start small -but Vision and Execute Big, and definitely expect to finish BIG!
