Isaiah 31 gives us two options for help and deliverance, one is false while the other, the right one. Instead of putting our allegiance on people for help, let us show that our security and deliverance lies only in trusting God for His guidance and power.

在困境中，创造你的神要搭救你；在灾难中，爱你的神要赐你平安；在绝望中，拯救的神要赐你盼望。你和我的依靠，那最真实和最绝对的依靠，最终需要归回到创造我们的神那里，祂才是我们最终且永远的依靠。因为祂是超越我们人类的存在，因为祂是那位又真又活的神，且满有能力和尊荣，满有慈爱和恩典。

God has given talents to us all but the question is, what have we been doing with the talents that He has entrusted to us?

How is Jesus a more worthy King to follow than any leader or government in ancient history and even to this day?  What does it mean for you and me that He is our King who shall reign both now and forevermore?
