She went from DoorDashing… to $20K months creating content.
In this episode of the Content Creation Academy Podcast, Tami shares her journey from financial struggle to building a successful career as a UGC (user generated content) creator.
Before discovering UGC, Tami and her husband were living in her in-laws’ basement while trying to figure out their next steps financially. She worked multiple odd jobs, including DoorDashing in a car without a heater, while searching for more freedom and control over her life.
For years, she tried different online business opportunities, including network marketing and online fitness coaching. While those experiences taught her valuable lessons, she realized she wanted a business model that didn’t rely on constant selling or recruiting.
Everything changed when she discovered UGC.
Today, Tami regularly earns $20K+ months creating content for brands and is now helping other aspiring creators learn how to do the same.
In this episode, we talk about:
• Tami’s early financial struggles and what kept her going
• Why she knew the traditional 9–5 path wasn’t for her
• The online businesses she tried before discovering UGC
• How she discovered user generated content
• The mindset and persistence it took to build her creator career
