Smoked Mezcal Old Fashion
- 2oz Mezcal
- Morningwood Bitters From The Bitter Gay
- Sugar Cube
- Luxardo Cherry
- Rosemary Sprig
- Orange Peel

On a wooden surface, torch the rosemary sprig and add a lowball on top to capture the smoke. In a mixing glass, add sugar cube, orange peel and cherry. Muddle. Add ice, mezcal, and bitters. Stir. Remove lowball from smoke and add whiskey rock. Strain mezcal over ice cube and garnish with orange peel and cherry. Enjoy Responsibly*
