A journey to politics isn't always paved with law school and politically involved household with financial backing. Alex Wint is an immigrant that was born outside of US, who started earning money at the age of eight by helping patrons at the local super market. His career choices led him to sales where he learned a lot about personality types, communication and setting bigger goals. In this episode of Uinfluence podcast, Raphael discusses current events, politics, and economics, with his long time friend and once a colleague who served in the Marines and how he transitioned into politics. It's the longest episode we've done on the show and there is a good reason for it!!!

When it comes to ambition and success people wonder what qualities one must have and what mindset a person needs to have to achieve the financial success they want. In this episode of Uinfluence Podcast Raphael goes over four main mindsets of a leader. The material for this podcast is taking from one of the segments of Small Business Success Academy online training that is designed for small business owners.
Contrary to the general belief that you need to be optimistic and positive to have success, you will learn that not all great leaders are naturally optimistic or positive thinkers. History and books on biographies of successful men and women prove to us that success is achieved by various mindsets and behaviors. On this episode you will learn precisely four mindsets that are different from one another but are bound by ONE common trait that makes all four successful.

Visiting a dentist is one of those things people absolutely hate to do. Our guest, on this episode of Uinfluence podcast, is Dr. Anatoly Bartov who has mastered the art of dentistry and implantology now has patients traveling to see him from all over the country. How did he create such a fan base of people that WANT to visit him? The answer is simple, he doesn't view what he does as just a medical profession, he sees it as an art form.
As a local business owner, medical operator, Dr. Bartov takes personal development very seriously because he truly believes in order to be the best service provider for others he has to invest in himself, as an individual, first.

Most small business owners either assign the responsibility of digital marketing to their front desk receptionist/administrator (HUGE MISTAKE) or hire a freelancer to handle graphic design, copy writing, analytics, video editing, etc. (EVEN BIGGER MISTAKE). These are the types of mistakes that cost a ton of money to small business owners, only because they tried to SAVE money...but on the wrong things.
Effective marketing requires a combination of skills which vary in cost, respectively, due to their value, time and scarcity,
Hiring one freelancer to handle seven elements of marketing to improve your business and get new customers is a waste of time, energy and money on your part.
Tune in to this episode of Uinfluence and hear Raphael break down the difference between what you think you want and you may actually need with marketing for your small business.

Every economic turmoil causes millions of businesses, as well as individuals, to pivot in order to create revenue. For some, it's to sustain the level of income they had before, while others grow their revenues exponentially while adjusting to a new industry or a new way of conducting business.
Those that fail to pivot on time get left behind only finding themselves starting from scratch.
COVID19 causes thousands of small businesses to close their doors forever, and it forced others to make adjustments in how they conduct their business. Some of these adjustments came in the form of improvement, while others did not.
In this episode, Raphael goes through key elements of the importance to pivot within your business or profession in order to be victorious.
