Maximal humanity. Maximal anonymity. On this episode I talk about how the job is the only gig in town for someone like me.

We deal with a slight minority the vast majority of the time. But on this episode I talk through dealing with someone outside of that minority. I do so in the hope that you won’t gash it, as I did.

How should we manage hatred? Do we serve those who hate us? On this episode I discuss how I think we should reply to the current moment.

On this episode I begin by discussing personal failure, how I redeem myself from that kind of failure. I then talk again about the nature of family in the job which leads me into a conversation about a colleague of mine who is having a tough time and how and why his handling of the situation has impressed me beyond measure.

Should we care? Is it good for us to care? Is it good for the victims for us to care about them? On this episode I explore the answers to these questions which are, I think, less obvious than they might appear.
