This enabling technology, can be used to precisely assemble multiple linguistic fragments of one integrated linguistic system.
It can be used to build utterances from neural libraries of sequence-verified, reusable parts and to assemble multiple utterances in a single intentional cognitive vector, with full user control over utterance semantic order and orientation, as well as control of the connotations (secondary meanings) inherent in linguistic expression.
The path begins with Domain 60, the most valuable linguistic domain containing the highest valued words in their most typical combinations. Computationally, Domain 60 encompasses 50% of all language use in the target language. Internalization of Domain 60 puts one over the hump of the mastery of that specific language.
Follows Domain 59, the second most valuable domain, then 58, 57, 56 and so on. The 50 Series encompassed an additional 10% of the target language bringing up linguistic mastery to 60%.
Utterances across Series 60 and Series 50 are context-free which cuts down on mental recursion, on cognitive effort. Like positively or negatively charged ions, these phrases appear unfinished, restless and volatile. It is precisely those characteristics that make them highly useful to the internal works of a language.
