On another note been reading alot about the so called Dr Dre endorsing AI technology again . This time this fool says that if you don't embrace AI tech you have no talent .Whatever man !  All i know is that it takes a whole lot more talent to compose something from nothing on an Instrument be it a Keyboard , Guitar or Bass Guitar than sitting on your ass and type in a few prompts and have the tech do it for you. Speaking of which ,the latest Music Video i recently put up features Brothas playing real Musical Instruments in the Studio and laying it down.
Also while we're on the subject of making real music ,i just read that the actor Anthoney Hopkins just released an album titled  Life Is A Dream  and it went straight to number one in the Classical Music charts. Now i'm not a fan of Classical Music but this album is number one ,an album that features actual real music and not AI tech ,thats refreshing.

Theres alot of buzz and talk about using AI in Music by the way .  I was reading that Dr Dre is using AI . I don't personally consider him to be a Musician for starters . I personally don't use AI  when it comes to creating  Music because i play a range of different instruments Bass/ Keyboards/Synthesizers/Percussion/ Drums,I sing a little bit to  . I do program a Drum Machine though my trusty DR- 880 and thats only because i don't have the room to fit an actual Drum Kit in my humble little Studio .I suppose if i did a bit of rearranging move a couple of Keyboards around a bit i could probably get a 4 piece Drum kit in there (have to look into that) . I do us AI  to make the Videos though and thats because i don't know the first thing about making or directing a video,  plus its alot cheaper .I just use it as a tool for that .I'm assuming that certain folks who use AI  to assist them in Music making is because they don't have any concept or knowledge when it comes to actually creating  a 4 bar or 8 bar phrase out of nothing on a Keyboard or Guitar etc. Anyways give this Podcast a listen and don't forget to subscribe.

Hello and how is everything ? Enjoying the heatwave ? I tend not to go out as much in the heat because it messes me up .The heat drains my energy.I found that out last summer in July when i played an outdoor gig with my then band R&B Fusion Collective. It was so hot that i barely had the energy to set up or even play the gig. And it was a Four hour gig at that.  Right now i'm just Composing and creating music in my studio which is what i love doing anyways. Been watching the world cup on tv quite a bit . And boy was i suprised to see Brazil get knocked out of the competition .They were beaten by Norway . Mind you Brazil had'nt been playing their best thru out the competition anyways . It was like they were a shadow of their former selves. My moneys on France to win the tornament in my books .They've been  looking really good thru out the whole  competition  . Argentina are looking good as well .If they make it to the final i think that Argentina will give France a good run for their money but France in my opinion will just edge them out.

Hello and welcome back to the latest Podcast Of The Ultimate Vibe Audio Music Productions. We're lined up with more great music coming out of the Recording  Studio this week . But the latest update i want to say is that i'm still working on the movie that i mentioned previously despite the setbacks like health issues that had me sidelined for a bit but its still on course but its going to be a while i can tell you that much. But back to the music and that is i watched 2 really good music documentaries on Apple TV and Disney. The first one i watched was about Sly & The Family Stone a band that came out in the 60's . Now at the time i was way too young to appreciate them  but after watching this documentary ,boy were they ahead of their time .Not only were the band members  comprised of both male and female members ,but they were also multi-racial  plus they were singing about some radical stuff for the times .They were also a real tight funky band  ,really good. Sly Stone was a very talented Multi-Instrumentalist Musician. So you can imagine how pissed off i was to watch how he managed to fuck up his whole career over drugs .Bloody hell how can you have all that talent being a Multi-Instrumentalist  Musician and then mess it all up ?  Being able to play a whole bunch of instruments should be enough in my books .If i had it the way he had it i'd be in the studio playing with the band doing gigs i mean what more could you ask for ? The other documentary was about Earth Wind & Fire another great band super tight so much talent . There were alot of great bands in the 70's EWF, Kool & The Gang ,Ohio Players, Chuck Brown & The Soul Searchers, The Commodores ,The Fatback Band .The thing that gets me pissed is that you don't see any of these types of bands performing now. Nowdays its all just a bunch of crap with a bunch of no talent wanna bees pretending to be artists .But i shall not rant any more becuase it will only get my blood pressure up. But on a good note i did get to display some of my Drumming skills at this summer solstice with the wife  last week end out at Niagara on-the lake . Had a real good time .Pain in the ass to drive to though ,there was no bloody parking which was a pain in the ass but other than that it was all good.
