Hello all! I am KeepItScruffy PhD (not a historian, a biologist!), a nerd who loves all things 19th century but especially all things Ulysses S Grant. This podcast will focus primarily on the life of Ulysses S Grant, varying people and actors in both his life and the 19th century USA, as well as countless tangents on historical figures, ecological principles, wildlife conservation, politics, and whatever else floats into my head. Mainly, this is my excuse to get to talk about history without driving my friends and family too crazy!
