Loving our bodies isn't always realistic, sometimes we need to land in a more neutral place where instead of having to say "I love every inch of my body!" we can say "hey body, thanks for getting me through the day." Cue body neutrality, a movement that we've started to learn about and implement into our lives. It's allowed us to appreciate our bodies even when beauty standards keep changing on us. 

Today we decided to play a card game that is designed to build personal connections with people you don't know, or the people you're close to. There's no winning or losing in this one, and the aim is to uncover a deeper layer that you didn't even know about. Through sharing you connect, as you'll see in the video. We played Level 1 and Level 2, but ran out of time before we could play Level 3! Get the game and let us know what you think in the comments.
