He also founded other Companies and Organisations which are Subsidiaries of Resilience Group, such as Resilience Leadership Institute, Umbusi Thought Leadership Co., Ignite Careers Laboratory and Gladiator City Shuttle.
Umbusi Ziqalo has impacted well-known Organizations, in Executive Consulting, Human Resources Management, Coaching, and Learning Management Capacity. He is an Organisational Change Catalyst, and a Business Turnaround Specialist. He has managed projects through Resilience Group and within its Subsidiaries, in Management Consulting within Provincial Government Structures, State-Owned Enterprises, Municipalities, Corporates, Consulting Firms, and NGOs.
