Saludos amigos de la comunidad SWC. En el recuerdo de hoy les hablaré y les mostraré en mi primer video de 3speak sobre mi pasado entrenamiento en tierras porteñas junto a mis compañeros de Hive, el gran @clan-shimazu en el cual ese día estuve dandole unos consejos a mi amigo Palermo (Pale pa' los cuates) para fluir mucho mejor el swing 360 ya que él estaba en el mismo estado que yo cuando recién comenzaba la calistenia, y los que miran mis publicación saben que no me quedo quieto, quiero enseñarles a todo los calistenicos, habidos y por haber, a hacer un buen swing 360 pero no solo eso sino también el proceso de adaptación que sufrí durante el entrenamiento debido a haber estado acostumbrado a la gran zona de colchones de Nueva Jayana City.
Lo primero que tengo que mencionar es que, a pesar de ver en el vídeo una fluidez decente de mi parte, debo admitir que me tomó al menos un día entero de entrenamiento antes de poder lanzarme con trucos como el ginger y el pasavallas. El primer día solo estaba haciendo swing 360, 360 en X y tornado, básicamente el mismo truco pero con diferente agarre. Afortunadamente, me logré adaptar lo suficiente como para mejorar los combos, pero a pesar de eso, aún sentía en mí ese ligero pánico que todos sentimos cuando hacemos trucos dinámicos por primera vez, pero yo no estaba aquí para eso, no, señor, yo estaba aquí para hacer calistenia, sí, señor.
Aparte del swing 360, también estuve aprovechando para enseñarles tanto a Pale como a Tiago a hacer tornado, aunque lamentablemente no lo tengo grabado. La experiencia de haber entrenado con personas tan increíbles nunca se olvida; espero volver pronto para seguir con mis enseñanzas en Puerto Cabello, ¿Y quién sabe? A lo mejor me expando a otros estados para enseñar y compartir mis experiencias con los trucos dinámicos; solo será cuestión de tiempo, y ahora con 3speak tengo la oportunidad de mostrarles mis entrenamientos de una manera más completa. Greetings friends of the SWC. In today's recollection, I'll talk to you and show you in my first 3speak video about my past training in Buenos Aires with my Hive teammates, the great @clan-shimazu. That day, I was giving my friend Palermo (Pale to my friends) some tips on how to better flow the 360 swing, since he was in the same state as me when I was just starting calisthenics. Those who read my posts know that I'm not sitting still. I want to teach all calisthenicians, past and present, how to do a good 360 swing. Not only that, but also the adaptation process I went through during training due to being used to the large mat area of Nueva Jayana City.
The first thing I have to mention is that, despite seeing decent fluidity on my part in the video, I must admit that it took me at least a full day of training before I could launch into tricks like the ginger and the pasavallas. The first day I was just doing 360 swings, X 360s, and tornadoes—basically the same trick but with a different grip. Fortunately, I managed to adapt enough to improve my combos, but despite that, I still felt that slight panic we all feel when we do dynamic tricks for the first time. But I wasn't here for that, no, sir, I was here to do calisthenics, yes, sir.
Aside from the 360 swing, I also took the opportunity to teach both Pale and Tiago how to do tornadoes, although unfortunately I don't have it recorded. The experience of training with such incredible people is never forgotten; I hope to return soon to continue my teachings in Puerto Cabello. And who knows? Maybe I'll expand to other states to teach and share my experiences with dynamic tricks; it'll only be a matter of time, and now with 3speak I have the opportunity to show you my workouts in a more comprehensive way.
