I recently lost my father because of Covid. In this episode, I expressed how I felt about his passing and how I dealt with it. I hope making this episode about him immortalizes him forever. RIP Dad. 

Happy 3-year anniversary. I can't believe I've been sharing how to be unapologetic for so long. I wanted to share what situations make me uncomfortable. Going through times like that can shed light on how you interact with new surroundings and people. It could be anything that you feel like you must do but it's very hard to do. It may take some time to get used to it, but when you do things that are uncomfortable, you become unapologetically you. 

May is Mental Health Awareness month. What have you done to make sure your mental health is intact. I share some tips that could help with our mental health no matter what experiences we have. Life can be a burden, but it doesn't have to be by following these tips. When you take action on your mental health, you become unapologetically you.

I know it has been a very long since I've last chatted with you all. I'm back from break. There are times everyone needs to just take a break for themselves and relax. It'll help with getting back to the daily stresses of life. When you do take a break, you'll feel unapologetically you.

Never thought I would need to discuss about racism during times like this. I know that we are progressing forward, but it does get a bit fatigued. No matter what, we are still going to move closer to our goal of true freedom and justice. This episode, I've mentioned what my thoughts are on race relations,  and my own personal experience.
