If we stay stuck in the reason, we miss the revelation. It doesn't mean God did it, but He will use it now.

Sometimes things behind closed doors aren't always as they seem. The bright smile, the nice house, the cars and family photos…

Knowing your testimony, owning it and allowing yourself to heal from it can allow you to stop hiding behind the walls of being "picture perfect" and allow yourself to become your true authentic self.

It is no secret that COVID-19 has taken over all of our lives in every capacity.

You can no longer wake up without hearing about it, seeing something about it, or be affected by it with your family, job, school, business, shopping, etc.

However, the biggest thing I have noticed is as Christians, is that we are covered with a peace that surpasses all understanding.

With that being said, I do want to be fully up front with you and share, I did finally have a freak out moment while getting ready the other day. I ended up going into the closet, sitting on the floor and crying.

If I were to come up and ask you, who are you? Do you know how you would answer that?

What happens when your world gets shaken? What happens when the storms hit? Who are you anchored to? What Word do you stand on?

From being lost, angry, and alone to KNOWING who I am in Christ, knowing His character and what He says about me…there is a new lens I look through and a new outlook when the storms hit and hit hard.

I feel like I always rag on him, and for awhile I was. I didn't give him the honor he deserved. I didn't talk enough about the amazing things, how great of a dad he was a lot of the time, how caring and charismatic he was. How much he loved people. How he served and wanted to make sure others were happy.
