Asma Yousif chats with Priscilla Barrios about how during the pandemic she decided to follow the voice inside and found the courage to start pursuing her passion. She went on a journey of self-love and to gain clarity on who she was and who, and what, she was not.
Her Unbecoming journey led her to start meditating and finding out that there is no right or wrong way to get in touch with our essence, and how understanding what voices inside us we would like to give more attention to help us, so we don't look back at our life and think about all the should've, could've s... knowing that we had the courage to live from our happy place, as she did and as to where she is today helping others find the clarity and courage to live from their happy place too.

Hello and welcome back my friends to Unbecoming You, I’m your host: Priscilla Barrios, and today we are going to talk about why do we fear, fear so much.
How many of us had let fear dictate our lives in the past at least once? How many of us still allowing fear to hold ourselves back from feeling loved, cared for, supported, happy?
When we try to forget or minimize the fear that is inside us, we are limiting our lives. In this episode, I shared a story to illustrate how much "fearing" fear can affect our lives and our emotional well-being, and what you can do to start healing and letting go, to Unbecome those limitations and start living a more fearless life.
