How many of us had let fear dictate our lives in the past at least once? How many of us still allowing fear to hold ourselves back from feeling loved, cared for, supported, happy?
When we try to forget or minimize the fear that is inside us, we are limiting our lives. In this episode, I shared a story to illustrate how much "fearing" fear can affect our lives and our emotional well-being, and what you can do to start healing and letting go, to Unbecome those limitations and start living a more fearless life.
