Delegating is great for you and your business. When you can release some of the things that you’ve been responsible for to someone else it can have a huge impact on your schedule and productivity. However, you should be mindful that there is much more to delegating than handing things off to someone else. In the short term, simply delegating works, but in order to be truly effective in the long term it takes being privy to a few things.
In this episode, I will share with you what it takes to create long-term success in delegating, which in turn will help you to eliminate the roadblocks that can come when delegating isn’t done effectively.

If you’re new to this process it can feel overwhelming, and you can feel out of your league wading through this new territory of selecting an assistant. However, once you find who you feel is the right person for you, it can become exhilarating, but there is a pitfall that you should avoid and that’s becoming too co-dependent in the relationship.
On this week’s episode of the Unbottleneck Your Business Podcast, I will share with you how co-dependency can be detrimental to your business and what you can do to avoid it.
