Welcome to A Journey to Grace vol. IIII.

A few years ago I titled a journal " A Journey to Grace," and a few years ago I just opened vol. IIII. When I started this journey I had just given up my house, and decided (!) to be homeless to save my business...and understood that this was probably a really weird decision so I reached out for help from a coach.

She told me to explore self-love and self-worth. And body have I.

I realized I had none, of either.

This journey has been incredible and horrific, amazing, awe-inspiring, and gut wrenching. That's what this human experience is about, you know. Going through it. Learning the lessons our lives have to teach us. I want to talk about that. I want this podcast to be another place where we talk about coming home to ourselves, remembering who we are, and discovering that we are worthy, simply because "I am."

Another week, another episode. We're 3 for 3 this year...wahoo! haha So last week's question continues to unravel for me, and reveal more of me that I was afraid of, but I wanted to make sure we don't fall into the love is "rainbows and unicorns" trap. Love is not always rosy red. Love is about devotion, and devotion to be loving means doing the loving thing. What is the loving thing to do right now? is the question this week. I hope it either triggers you or inspires you to dive into your own soul work.
