  • When You Know Something No Longer Fits

Sometimes what we outgrow isn’t a job, a relationship, or a role.

Sometimes it’s an old way of being.

In this episode, I talk about a recent experience with vulnerability, the embarrassment that followed, and the surprising realization that something had changed: what once would have sent me into a spiral for days or weeks passed within hours.

We explore what self-trust can actually look like, why old patterns can stop fitting before we fully realize it, and the possibility that growth may simply mean coming back to yourself faster.

  • The Moments That Unboxed Me

Have you ever looked at your life and thought, This isn’t the life I imagined?

In this episode, I share three moments that changed how I saw myself: my fiancé ending our engagement by text, having a stroke at 40, and being laid off.

    Each time, something ended.

And each time, life was inviting me to remember myself.

We’ll explore the beliefs those moments exposed:

I am lovable if someone chooses me. I am strong if I never need help. I am valuable if I am productive.

And the truths I am learning instead:

You don’t have to be chosen to be lovable. You don’t have to do everything alone to be strong. You don’t have to hold a title to be valuable.

Sometimes the moments that seem to take everything from us are also the moments slowly giving us back to ourselves.

  • What If You’re Not Afraid of Failure?

What if the fear that’s been holding you back isn’t actually fear of failure?

What if it’s fear of what you learned failure means about you?

In this episode of Unboxed: She Remembers, we’re exploring the messages many of us absorbed long before adulthood—messages learned in classrooms, through grades, gold stars, and the pressure to always have the “right” answer.

Those lessons may have helped us succeed in school, but they can quietly shape how we move through life, leaving us afraid to speak up, try something new, or trust ourselves when there isn’t a clear path forward.

If you’ve ever found yourself waiting until you’re certain before taking the next step, this conversation is for you.

Together, we’ll contemplate what it might look like to release the need to get it right and begin trusting yourself instead.

A question to sit with this week:

Where in your life are you waiting until you’re certain before you’re willing to begin?

    Remember

    You’re not lost.

  • You Already Know. You’ve Just Stopped Trusting Yourself.

What if the answers you’ve been searching for aren’t outside of you?

In this episode, I explore the stories we tell ourselves to stay, the illusion of stability, and the quiet inner knowing many of us learn to ignore. I share how trusting my gut changed my life—and why I believe most women don’t need more confidence. They need more self-trust.

If this resonates, I’d love to meet you over on my Substack, Unboxed.

  • You Were Never Too Much: The Gratitude Trap

For years, I told myself I was lucky.

Lucky to have stability.Lucky to have a job.Lucky to have what I had.

And because I was so focused on being grateful, I never stopped to ask if I was actually being valued.

In this episode, we’re exploring something many women never say out loud:

What if gratitude has been keeping you stuck?

What if you’ve been taught that wanting more is greedy, asking for more is selfish, and having needs makes you “too much”?

    We’ll talk about:

    * the hidden cost of settling

    * how gratitude can become a ceiling instead of a gift

    * why so many women learn to make themselves smaller

    * and what becomes possible when you stop accepting scraps and start trusting yourself again

Because gratitude was never meant to silence you.

And you were never meant to survive on less than you deserve.

If you’ve ever found yourself lowering the floor, adjusting your expectations, or convincing yourself that scraps should be enough, this episode is for you.

And if this resonates, I’d love to meet you over on my Substack, Unboxed, where I write more deeply about self-trust, conditioning, and remembering who you are.

  • You Didn’t Choose This Life—You Were Conditioned Into It

Originally recorded and released on May 5, 2026. Re-added to the podcast archive during migration to Substack.

I thought I had chosen my life.

The job.The path. The version of success I was working toward.

But the more I started questioning things, the more I realized something uncomfortable:

I don’t know that I ever consciously chose any of it.

    In this episode, we explore:

    * how conditioning shapes our lives

    * why something can look “fine” but still feel off

    * and what happens when you start questioning the life you were taught to want

If you’ve ever felt like there has to be more than this, this episode is for you.

And if this resonates, I’d love to meet you over on my Substack, Unboxed, where I write more deeply about self-trust, conditioning, and remembering who you are.

  • The Day Everything Changed

Originally recorded and released on April 15, 2026. Re-added to the podcast archive during migration to Substack.

The day I got laid off was the day I realized I had been settling for a life that wasn’t fully mine.

What surprised me most wasn’t the fear.

    It was the relief.

Relief that I finally had space to stop and ask myself what I actually wanted.

Relief that I no longer had to keep moving through a life that looked right on the outside but didn’t fully feel like mine on the inside.

In this first episode of Unboxed: She Remembers, I share the story that started it all and the realization that changed everything:

Sometimes the life we’ve built is based on what we’ve been taught to want, not what we truly want for ourselves.

If you’ve ever felt like there has to be more than this, this episode is for you.

And if this resonates, I’d love to meet you over on my Substack, Unboxed, where I write more deeply about self-trust, conditioning, and remembering who you are.

  • You Are More Powerful Than You’ve Been Led to Believe

You Are More Powerful Than You’ve Been Led to Believe

For a long time, I thought power was something you earned.

Something you proved through confidence, certainty, or having it all figured out.

But what I’ve come to realize is this:

You don’t lose your power. You disconnect from it.

    In this episode, we explore:

    - how women learn to stop trusting themselves

    - what self-abandonment actually looks like

    - and why that quiet voice inside you never fully goes away

If you’ve been questioning yourself, overriding what you feel, or feeling disconnected from who you are, this episode is for you.

And if this resonates, I’d love to meet you over on my Substack, Unboxed, where I write more deeply about self-trust, conditioning, and remembering who you are.
