The Lord not only sees our tears and listens to our lament. He also moves his mighty hand for our sake. Therefore, we have every reason to hold on to our hope. “…blessed are all those who wait for him.” (Isaiah 30:18)

The messy examination of our hearts is necessary. We must be willing to deal with sin hindering our walk with Jesus. Only this way would we be able to move forward with our Lord.

Faith in God always produces obedience to God. Abraham is an excellent example of simple obedience, for not even his son did he withhold from his Lord.
