In this episode I talk about me being 16 and the choices I made and how I was broken and overcame the brokenness. 

We are all too guilty of trying to be the super hero. We don't like seeing people suffer or in pain. We want to alleviate stress and tension, but are the ways we go about it healthy? Are they what the person needs? Lets dive into why we shouldn't be the hero.
