Andrew is the founding Chief Academic Officer for Breakthrough Public Schools (BPS). BPS is one of the highest-rated networks of tuition-free, public charter schools in Cleveland, Ohio. In his day-to-day, Andrew is charged with managing data and analytics, revising the curriculum, devising instruction tools to assist educators and students, and managing all student services.         

Shirley Wantland is Co-Founder & Principal at Recovery Consultants LLC. She describes herself as a chaordic navigator of crisis and advocate of Destigmatizing Mental Health & Addiction. She helps restore hope to individuals and families struggling with mental health & addiction.        

Will Hicklen is the Chief Growth Officer for EasyWorkforce Software, overseeing all customer-facing and revenue-producing lines of work, including Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Marketing. With his relentless drive, decades of experience in sales leadership, and commitment to industry disruption, Will has led EasyWorkforce into hyper-growth, more than doubling the size of the organization by developing and rolling out new digital strategies. Ido is the Chief Executive Officer at Carambola Finance, a startup specialized in Crypto payroll and benefits as a service for other SMEs and enterprises.

Prior to joining Radical, Parasvil was with KKR where he supported diligence and portfolio value-creation efforts across multiple asset classes and industries. During business school, he led go-to-market and fundraising activities for an early-stage cloud startup.  Parasvil started his career as a consultant with BCG where he advised senior management across India and US on strategic and operational topics.
