After leaving University with a background in Computer Science and Cybernetics James co-founded MMT Digital and have grown it from 3 to over 250 people with offices in the Midlands, London, and Leeds. Dr. Bradford L. Sims became Capitol Technology University's eighth President on June 1, 2017. He is leading CTU’s hard work as the only independent college in Maryland dedicated to engineering, computer science, information technology, and business. An educator, administrator, and construction project manager, Dr. Sims has extensive experience both in academia and industry.
