Azurèe S. Montoute-Lewis is currently the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and with almost two decades of experience with diversity program development, recruitment, employee engagement, talent management, advocacy, and management training. She is an accomplished financial industry marketing and human resource professional with demonstrated expertise in diversity and inclusion. 

Azurée has dedicated her life to creating supportive work environments with equal opportunities for all and remains a passionate thought leader.   Prior to joining Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Azurèe served as Global Director of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion at Fitch Ratings where she designed and implemented the organization’s first diversity and inclusion strategy. Before Fitch Ratings, Azurée spent nine years as a Vice President in Citi’s Global Diversity and Talent Management department. Azurèe also has experience in the marketing departments of Dun & Bradstreet and J.P. Morgan Chase.
