Currently, Constantin is Deputy General Manager, Member of the Management Board at OTP Bank Romania and coordinate the Digital Division, created within the local development strategy of the bank.  

Since 2015, he's been the promoter of cultural change at OTP Bank Romania, a change that has included both the digital transformation and the transformation of the way of working into an agile, collaborative and modern one. His management objectives for the Digital Division include nurturing the innovative environment in the bank while creating an optimal working environment for professional development and positioning the bank in the elite of the most desired employers in Romania.
