Kenneth Beck is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CEO Connection, the only membership organization exclusively for mid-market CEOs of companies doing $100MM - $3B in annual revenue. His entrepreneurial spirit has been the guiding light throughout his career, leading him to launch and run several successful businesses and professional networking organizations.
Kenneth has served as the Chairman of The Wharton Club of New York since 2017 after twenty years of success as the board’s president. Since heading the 30,000+ member New York metropolitan area group, he has transformed the organization into an active association committed to fostering the personal and professional growth of Wharton alumni.
While earning his MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Management at the Wharton School, Kenneth was Co-Founder and CEO of the University of Pennsylvania Student Federal Credit Union. This nationally recognized full-service financial institution that he created provides financial services to a large percentage of the Penn undergraduate student population and provides excellent hands-on business experience for Penn students.
Kenneth now serves as chair of its Board of Advisors. Kenneth is also an advisor on a variety of boards including Cornerstone Capital Group’s Global Advisory Board of Directors, First Generation Investors, New York Institute of Technology’s School of Management Dean’s Advisory Board, and the Penn Club of New York. Additionally, Kenneth frequently addresses business audiences and civic groups on various topics including enlightened self-interest (doing good while doing well), creating organizational infrastructures, and building membership organizations.
