In this episode, Linzy Ross shares her journey to understand and find self awareness connecting to her inner child after years of trauma in her life.  This childhood chaos drove Linzy to find ways to punish herself and to look for ways to dull the pain without any hope of a healthy future which led to feelings of shame and coping with the trauma in all kinds of unhealthy ways.  She allows herself to be vulnerable and transparent with us, without holding any truth back. She is open about her drug addiction, alcohol abuse and criminal activities which were an every day part of her life. She shares how she has gained insight which has helped her to begin to love herself and to give herself grace and compassion.  This part of her journey is shared by all of us.
