We're living in uncertain times and we need eachother.

In part one of this episode, I explore the quiet disconnection many of us are experiencing -  from ourselves, from each other, and from the ground beneath our feet.

Using the metaphor of a lighthouse, we look at what it means to feel anchored in uncertain times, and why perhaps the solution isn’t fixing the entire world but building small, steady places of belonging within it.
