Then, Melissa C joins us (in a segment recorded in December 2020) to discuss the difficult conversations that have to happen with our family and friends who have different political views and shut down in conversations around policy.
Join us as we get into the UNCK!

It's been an awesome first season. Thanks for joining us on the ride.

Everyone's including a DEI committee in their workplace now (albeit late to the game but thanks for joining!). But are these DEI workplace initiatives even working? Xann and Tsilala talk to two employers and two employees from different industries about the effectiveness of DEI committees in their workplace. We break down the meaning of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and share our experiences with race and gender inequity under cis white male leadership in hopes to find some idea on where to start fixing a system designed to 'include' people into a never changing 'white space'.
