The very first thing King David did when he became king was to bring the ark of the covenant to Mount Zion. Better is one day in the presence of God, than a thousand elsewhere. Blessed are those on the highway to Zion.

Our reward is always Jesus. We enter the Lord's presence with thanksgiving and praise. We're learning to minister to the Lord and be a lightning rod for the presence of God.

In 2024 Uncommon is going after the presence of God. We launch January 1 with 21 days of fasting and prayer. We're seeking the fire of God to purify us.

Jesus said the greatest commandment is to “Hear oh Israel, the Lord our God is one!” The prayer that Jews have prayed twice a day for thousands of years is a call to worship the Lord God to the extreme!

In the Tabernacle, God established an order to how the priests entered the Lord's presence. Jesus opened 24/7 access to the Father's presence, but we need to honor the steps and order to enter in.

God separates things. We're to learn (and live by) what the Lord separates. Including living a life separated from the world.

You can't be in step with someone you rarely pay attention to. It's better to walk in the Spirit than to literally walk with Jesus.

Sacrifice is the access point to God. Our sacrifices are judged by God. Sacrifice should cost us something. Our sacrifices today, unlock hope for tomorrow.

If the world hates you because of the Gospel, you're doing something right. Jesus told his followers that a time would come when unbelievers would mock and hate those that believe the truth.
