Hey homies, I'm back talking about investing in yourself and not just your career or finances. Often times we are told to invest in external things but not internal. I believe that when you take a moment to look inward it will help all areas of your life. Also, I mention what I learned from the recent retreat I went on!

Hey, homies! This is a different episode where I give you a peek into what coaching is like with me. Being in your twenties is often met with being given mixed messages and thinking that you need to have different areas of life figured out. Yet, I think that is a lie that removes the fun from life. So here is me coaching myself through that lens.

Some questions mentioned in the episode:
What motivates you right now? Are those things enough to stand on?
Is there anyone you are competing with?
What if you can't be the perfect person?
What/who makes you mad?
Who is already listening?
What social media accounts or books do you follow or read?
What do others tell you you're good at?
What is your story telling you?
What does it look like to free yourself from your weaknesses?
What do you miss out on if you act in fear?
Whose voices are behind those fears?
Hey, homies! I have a guest with me in this episode who I'm super excited about. We met when we were in kindergarten and reconnected last year! This has been a year in the making but on a topic, I rarely talk about...DATING! My hope is that you feel seen, heard, and understood in this episode.

Hey, homies! I'm back again, I told y'all I would be! Before my break, I was planning on doing a grounded series. This series was for different seasons or things that we may need to take a step back from. So here is one for fall and the pressure that can come from a new season!

Hey, homies! It's been MONTHS since I've recorded and posted. I have experienced a lot of change since I last recorded my podcast. Hopefully, in one episode I'll be able to tell the whole story but for now, I'm talking about takeaways from my time away. In doing so my hope is for something to connect with you!

Hey, homies! In this episode, I am starting a new series called "Grounded" and inspired by my word of the year. As the months go by in 2022 I think that we could all use some grounding and allow ourselves to come back to the present moment. I would really love to make these takeaways from this series to be realistic to the average gal in her twenties. So DM or email me if you have any additional tips or takeaways or things you want me to talk about!

Hey homies! In this episode, I go into more details about why I'm stepping back from social media. Part of me feels like I did this at the worst time but also I know I did it not in a selfish manner but to serve this community better. Thank you for listening and your continued support! Here are some links to some amazing women who are commanding social media:

Hey, homies! In this episode, I'm joined by my friend Amber for my first in-person interview. Amber is a longtime friend who I met in middle school and we bonded quickly. During the pandemic, we both moved back home and had to navigate societal pressures in career as well as personal life. Everyone needs an Amber in their life, someone who is loyal and a calming presence so I hope you have one!

Hey, homies! In this episode, I'm joined by Herine. She is an artist based in Nashville who is putting meaningful art into the world. We talk about the important lessons she needed to learn, journaling, why she changed her artist name, and if going viral is important? Though we went to college together I enjoyed getting to know her on a deeper level and I know you will too!
Her new song "Worst That Could Happen" is out now!

Hey, homies! In this episode, I talk about singleness and my new perspective. It's easy in our early and mid-twenties to just want to press the fast forward button on every relationship but I started to gain some clarity. After taking a step back I realized my dating or situationships were unhealthy due to a singleness issue. The topic of dating and singleness is a complex one so I don't cover all of it or hit on every point but I hope this makes you feel encouraged by a friend.
