Browning, came in to talk about his life's work and his most seminal contribution, Ordinary Men: Reserve Police Battalion 101 and the Final Solution in Poland. Amy and Christopher discuss the ordinary men from the social democratic leaning city of Hamburg who were drafted into the Reserve Police Battalion 101, and how and why the majority of them participated in the mass killings of about 83,000 Jews in Eastern Europe during World War II.
