When I left the teaching world and started a business I had alllll kinds of guilt. Guilt that I’d left my calling - my forever job. Guilt that I had changed my plans. Guilt that I wanted to do something else. Guilt that I was making more money than I had made as a teacher (and even more guilt because I wanted to make even more…). On this episode we’re going to talk about all the flavors of guilt that come with the move from education to business, what the heck to do with them (instead of letting them beat you down...), and why the work of handling all the guilt REALLY matters.
