It has been so hard living with my family. We just have different ways of being that makes it hard for me to focus. They try to help me with my dream but their approach is often not helpful. I realized where the pain comes from. I just have to focus on the solutions.

I am still going through it. This is the situation where I am very broke. I have moments where I am very scared. The financial stress is real. The main technique that I am using is redirecting my focus to the positive. It has to be done.

With so many people quitting their jobs, people are looking for dream jobs like never before. The first step, is helping people find their life aim aka their why or purpose. People years ago thought this field was crazy and some thought it was even useless. But having the ability to work from home and having freedom because of the pandemic has open up many people's eyes. People were not treated right! I am confused that people are surprised that there is a labor shortage right now. Well I know for the U.S at least. I dont about others places but I am sure there are. People dont want to go back to work after being on quarantine for so long. The reasons for me is so obvious. The jobs that we have put money over people they act like they don't care about the employees at all only about money. Anything a company is short on money the fire everyone with a layoff making people like they dont matter. The jobs are beyond stressful and non human. People are starting to see the importance of life aim/ thier why or purpose very soon.

Now that I have gotten very deep with my Life aim. I am realizing that my dream is to raise the base emotional state of a members of the species from fear and anger to love and gratitude. I believe I can do it. I just have to make these ideas user friendly that even Maintainers can explain it. Also, teach more people how to produce positive vibes.
