He is the president of the Tidewater Bluegrass Music Association whose focus is keeping the blue grass tradition alive by promoting and performing around the local region of Southeastern Virginia. Bill enlightens that blue grass is a sub-genre of country music but with its emphasis and distinct sounds of acoustic string instruments.
