  • Village Building: Shawana

This week we're kicking off our Village Building Series with author & life coach Shawana Singletary of Next Steps Coaching. Mostly classy with a dash of hood, we talk about dating as a single mom, her adorable 11 yr old twins, and of course zodiac signs bc I like that sh*t. This is a good one ya'll!  You can find Shawana & Next Steps Coaching via Instagram @NextStepsCoachingLLC.

  • Rahcast 2

Whats good Fam!! We're back with another highly requested, fan-favorite, world-renowned RahCast (at this point I'm carrying the show like a newborn but Dot's a hater). We talk about the toxicity of interracial relationships and y'all uncle, Terry Crews goofy ass. We also talk about who comes first in a relationship (God, spouse, or kids) and I do all of this while trying to keep Dot's ratchet ass in line. The things I do for greatness!!!

  • We Were Fighting 🤷‍♀️

Listen, we have a good excuse for not being here for the past couple of weeks. We talk about Rah being dangerously close to getting cut, new entanglements (had to throw that in for SEO… IYKYK), & toxic celebs. I hop, skip, then jump in my bag because I’m TIRED of the internet making a joke out of the most inappropriate things (i.e. Meg & Tory) but Rah’s just here to get these jokes off (while justifying the abuse of women when it’s NOT “heinous”). Send hate tweets to Rah on twitter @Uncoupled_Pod.

  • Drop-In: George Floyd

In an emotional charged drop-in episode, Rah and I discuss whether or now we should take the kids to a protest in Foley Square, our thoughts behind the rebellion taking place in Minneapolis, white people taking accountability for their privilege, and how we can use awareness as a form of self care during these time.

    UPDATE:

Four days after the public lynching of George Floyd, Derek Chauvin has finally been arrested and charged with third-degree murder & manslaughter.

Okay, home set up is lit! We're still working out some of the kinks because neither one of us are engineers but we're almost there. This episode we talk about our experiences with covid-19, gush over our dope kids, deep dive into the trash that is future, and bounce all over the place because we're glad to be back in front of the mics!

Make sure you follow us on Twitter @Uncoupled_Pod.

  • It's been a long time...

When life hands you lemons, stomp them out and add agave! Things got super rocky at the end of 2019 and we had to step away from the mics to handle family business. We talk about what happened, my new found disability, go over Rah's dating list with intention, and our awesome kids.

So grateful to have got over that hump and made it back to you guys! Check us (well, really Rah) out on Twitter @Uncoupled_Pod. I know I keep saying I'm working on the Instagram, but in 2020, I really kinda am.... Maybe. NO PRESSURE!

    Dot.
