Thousands of people use the light rail every day, and throughout your travels you might have noticed a couple of smiling faces greeting you at various light rail stops. 

These are Customer Service Officers (CSO) and in this episode, we sit down with Pauline and hear her story on how she became a CSO and what she loves most about her job.
