As 2019 draws to a close, I've been thinking a lot about what goal/goals I want to set for next year. To my surprise (unlike this time last year!) I currently have multiple big goals I'd like to work on in 2020. But the thing is, each big goal requires a whole lot of time, money and energy from me!

In today's mini episode I share my thought process about how I'm choosing my main goal for 2020.
