Sl: Skozi okna zapuščenega skladišča so sončni žarki nežno obsevali prašne škatle in zlomljene stroje.
En: Through the windows of the abandoned warehouse, sunbeams gently illuminated the dusty boxes and broken machines.

Sl: Divje rože in mladi rastlinski poganjki so kljubovalno rastli skozi razpoke v betonu, oznanjajoč prihod pomladi.
En: Wildflowers and young plant shoots defiantly grew through the cracks in the concrete, heralding the arrival of spring.

Sl: Troje prijateljev, Jure, Maja in Rok, se je odločilo raziskati to zapuščeno stavbo na obrobju Ljubljane.
En: Three friends, Jure, Maja, and Rok, decided to explore this abandoned building on the outskirts of Ljubljana.

Sl: Bil je velikonočni ponedeljek, popoln dan za novo pustolovščino.

Sl: "Zaklad? Vse to so govorice. Dva dni smo že tu, brez uspeha."
En: “Treasure? It's all rumors. We've been here for two days without success.”

Sl: Kljub temu je ostal.
En: Nonetheless, he remained.

Sl: Bil je Juretov prijatelj in ni hotel, da bi se odpravil sam po nevarni stavbi.
En: He was Jure's friend and didn’t want him to go through the dangerous building alone.

Sl: Med iskanjem je Jure našel staro knjigo, zataknjeno med škatlami.
En: During the search, Jure found an old book wedged between the boxes.

Sl: "Poglejta to. Ali ni to ... zemljevid?"
En: “Look at this. Isn’t this... a map?”

Sl: Njegovi prsti so nežno obrisali prah, ki je prekrival občutljiv papir.
En: His fingers gently brushed off the dust covering the delicate paper.

Sl: Začela sta preučevati zemljevid skupaj.
En: They began to study the map together.

Sl: Jure je bil navdušen.
En: Jure was thrilled.

Sl: Končno nekaj konkretne sledi.
En: Finally, a concrete clue.

Sl: Sledili so označbam na zemljevidu, ki so jih vodile skozi temne hodnike in razpokane zidove.
En: They followed the markings on the map, which led them through dark hallways and cracked walls.

Sl: V daljavi so zaslišali odmevajoče korake.
En: In the distance, they heard echoing footsteps.

Sl: "Stoj, imamo konkurenco?" se je pošalila Maja, a njen smeh je hitro zamrl.
En: “Wait, do we have competition?” Maja joked, but her laughter quickly faded.

Sl: Prišli so do prostora z velikim, rjavim kovinskim obročem v tleh.

Sl: Maja je previdno prebrala: "Povezava."
En: Maja cautiously read it: “Connection.”

Sl: Rok je stisnil ustnice. "Kaj zdaj?"
En: Rok pursed his lips. “What now?”

Sl: Jure je pokleknil in začel preučevati obroč.
En: Jure knelt and began examining the ring.

Sl: Spomnil se je pravljic o skrivnih družbah.
En: He remembered tales of secret societies.

Sl: "To mora biti del skrivnosti. Moramo ga odpreti."
En: “This must be part of the mystery. We must open it.”

Sl: S skupnimi močmi so obroč zavrteli v skladu s smerjo kazalcev na zemljevidu.
En: Together, they rotated the ring according to the direction on the map.

Sl: Tla so se stresla in odprl se je majhen predal.
En: The ground shook, and a small drawer opened.

Sl: V njem je bila stara skrinja.
En: Inside was an old chest.

Sl: V sebi je nosila zgodovine polne dokumente, ki so razkrivali dolgo izgubljene zgodbe Ljubljane.

Sl: Jure je tiho strmel v dokumente.

Sl: "Mogoče je to bolj pomembno, kot si mislimo. Zgodbe, ki žive, nam prinašajo največje zaklade."
En: “Maybe it’s more important than we think. Living stories bring us the greatest treasures.”

Sl: Skrinja je bila vredna več, kot so si na začetku predstavljali.
