It is hard to know how to respond to sexism.It's everywhere. Women are conditioned to think they are overreacting and are shut down for calling sexism out. We need to call it out, it is vital in holding people accountable in changing their behaviour!

In todays episode I discussed how to become more of a 'role model' feminist. We talk about educating and speaking out. Sometimes it can be overwhelming trying to figure out activism so hopefully this helps!

In this Tuesday's episode I discuss how religion has been highly influential in the oppression of women. I mainly focus on Christianity and its roots in misogyny.
