Beast has a bone to pick with the rest of the cast, here at Under the Hive of Madness!  With the debate as to why the heck we see Melee Weapons in this science fiction universe!  We debate the rule of cool, how rush tactics only work cause bolter range sucks, and how the balance of the game mechanics might be tweaked in order to make it make more sense... Don't worry though we still drift off topic and cover important world events like the Emu War!  UHM is a Grimdark and Horror podcast dealing with the setting of Warhammer 40k, so expect adult themes, adult language, and bad dad jokes!  A 4Armed Emperor in the Palm is worse than one in the Sump.  Always.  if it is in your Palm, you have messed up...

Under the Hive of Madness is back at it with the Third part to our Aeldari Faction series, covering the Asuryani.  Following Beast's Golden Three, we take a deeper dive into the Craftworld Eldar in this episode, talking about their technology, the Craftworlds themselves, how their society has changed and evolved, and what type of troops they deploy.  We realized going into this episode that we will need to come back and give the Drukhari and Harlequins their own mini-series, while Yannari, Exodites, and Outcasts will most likely get their own full episodes as well.  As always UHM dives deep into the lore of the horror and grimdark setting of Warhammer 40k, so expect adult themes, adult language, and more than a few dad jokes!  I heard those nice fellows on Sublevel 44 were offering newsletters full of advice for 4 Armed Emperor's... but who knows how well you can trust cultists!

Several weeks back our own Goblin King was a guest on the Knights of Nerd Podcast, rambling on about all things Warhammer 40k, and this week as a Special Treat the UHM Boys are talking to Nerd of Many Faces himself.  Follow us as we explore the concept of Knights of Nerd, while also trying to offend as many fandoms as possible, in a single episode!  From Star Wars to Diablo, to even 40k itself we layout more than a few hot takes!  As always Under the Hive of Madness is full of crude humor and cruder language podcast, which leans heavily into the Grimdark and Horror themes of settings like Warhammer 40k.  Also, expect more than a handful of bad puns!  When in the Company of an Arbites and a 4 Armed Emperor, run... that's all I have.  Just Run.

Spooky season is over, and the Under the Hive of Madness boys are jumping back into the swing of things with a Hobby episode!  We talk through the various disciplines that make up kitbashing, converting, and proxies.  Covering some tips on how to get started on the process, as well as outlining some of our favorite projects and talking about some of the projects we would like to get to in the future!  UHM is a Horror and Grimdark based Podcast, focusing on the world of Warhammer 40k, so expect some Adult themes, Language, and more than a few bad puns.  Remember, the only good 4 Armed Emperor, is one you don't have to run from!

This week on Under the Hive of Madness we dip into our second spooky episode of the season, with our fourth installment of Lorus Obscurus.  We are finally dipping into the cryptid side of the Paranormal, by covering the Black Dog, a creature that kinda bridges the gap between ghosts and monsters.  Dr. Facilier joins us on this episode, to share some of her creepy experiences along with us.  We also share a couple of our stories about cryptids and just some crazy-ass "angry" animals... Paint it Red ends with an exploration of the Chaos God Khorne's connection to Innsmouth's Hive.

It's the first night of the Spooky Season, and we here at Under the Hive of Madness want to try and bring you guys as much Spooky Dookie content as we can!  Strap in as we take a dive into the Origins of the 4 Armed Emperor, what they are, what they mean to the hive, and what hunts them... We also take a look at Goblin King's Tau Lore, which leans a bit more into the Horror side of the Grimdark Genre!  We have more Spooky content planned for the month of Halloween, and will be getting back to finishing up our Aeldari Series and in November!
