TJ Dekmar has taken the Goldey Beacom Men's Basketball Head Coaching job and has hit the ground running. Back to back 20 win seasons as well as many all league players can be added to his robust resume. In this episode TJ and Andy discuss how TJ has put Goldey Beacom back on the map through recruiting, playing style/mentality, as well as creating a brand for his program.  His advice for how to connect with upper administration and how to connect with player's parents makes this a must listen for any coach!
