A few months after the death of my sister, I made a simple prayer to God. "If you want me to do something different with my life, put it in my heart...right now." Immediately, I received the answer to that prayer. I was to write a children's book that would not only educate readers of all ages about the perils of living an unhealthy lifestyle, but it would also give readers an "exercise" workout.
